KING ICT has successfully renewed its status as a SAP Partner Center of Expertise for the first time, through automatic extension of the PCoE certificate, thanks to the excellent results achieved in all regular quarterly KPI measurements.
The status of a SAP Partner Center of Expertise enables us to provide our customers with SAP Enterprise Support services, and is proof of the strong capabilities of the SAP team within KING ICT.
All SAP partners wishing to fulfil the requirements for providing maintenance for direct customers must pass the SAP support quality assurance certification process. Furthermore, each PCoE partner must have infrastructure support, a support team, process support and all service provision tools.
The continuous PCoE status of KING ICT is evidence of our strategy that focuses on quality and orientation in building added value in SAP technologies, such as the recent acquisition of the status of a SAP Education Service Partner and the opening of the King Knowledge Centre.
