Dell Technologies and KING ICT on Mt. Sljeme about the future of cyber security

How to recover from a cyber attack and to increase security? How to reduce infrastructure costs, while accelerating the backup process? The answers to these and many other questions were given on Tuesday on Mt. Sljeme, at an event organised by Dell Technologies and partner KING ICT.

In this pleasant environment, speakers from Dell Technologies spoke about some of the most important present-day security questions. A new backup method for virtual servers was presented, developed in cooperation with Dell Technologies and VMware. Many of the novelties of the portfolio in the client program and the Powerprotect Data Manager Transparent snapshots were also presented.

“We are thrilled to organise this event in cooperation with KING ICT – a long-time partner of Dell Technologies, as the right ratio of formal content and social time. After all the limitations caused by the pandemic, our customers were pleased to accept our invitation for an outdoor event to learn about what is new and current in the Dell portfolio. In this positive and relaxed atmosphere, a great deal of knowledge was exchanged, which was the aim of this event,” stated Ranko Zec from Dell Technologies in Croatia.

You can never have too much knowledge, and time flies when you’re having fun. That is why most of the participants stuck around after the formal part of the event to informally exchange their knowledge and experiences, and where better to do this than in the fresh air on Zagreb’s Mt. Sljeme.
