KING ICT has renewed its membership in the European Emergency Number Association (EENA). The EENA is a European non-profit organisation tasked with raising the quality of emergency services in the EU. In addition to the promotion of the single European emergency number 112, the ultimate goal of the EENA is to increase citizen safety throughout the European Union.
That includes support for the implementation of innovations, technology and best practices that can improve efficacy in the field of emergency response to citizen calls.
For a number of years, KING ICT has actively participated in the EENA activities, above all in the development and testing of technological solutions that the entire European system of emergency situation management will be based on in the future. Further, Dražen Pavlić of KING ICT was appointed a representative in the Technical Board that has the goal of defining the technologies of the future in the European economic area.
At the EENA Conference held in April 2022 in Marseille, KING ICT familiarised attendees with the solution King Sfera that was first presented in 2019 at the conference in Dubrovnik.
This is just a part of the activities in which KING ICT confirms its work in the development and improvement of emergency services in Croatia as part of the common goals of the EU. KING ICT will continue to actively participate in the initiatives directed at sharing knowledge and experiences in the field of technological solutions that increase the speed and efficacy of the emergency response.
